Technical indicators
a. Printing frequency (also known as printing lifespan)
This is one of the most important indicators affecting the quality of solid ink rollers, and also the difference between ordinary domestic solid ink rollers and imported solid ink rollers. The key to the lifespan of solid thermal ink roller printing lies in the formula.

b. Temperature
Solid ink melts at the appropriate temperature, which is the key to the printing lifespan. If the temperature is too low, the solid ink cannot melt well, and the solid ink in the sponge cannot be completely released. No matter how good the ink is, it's useless.

c. Adhesion
It refers to the strength of the ink attached to the film after printing. In general, after sticking with stationery tape, pull it open and see how many times it takes to fully remove the ink.

The specification of the solid hot ink roller is base diameter x height, in millimeters, and inner diameter is half an inch.

Usage
First, preheat the solid hot ink roller in the preheater for about 10 minutes (if there is no preheater, you can directly preheat the solid hot ink roller on the ink inkjet printer)
The coding machine and solid ink rollers should be in the optimal working position.
